Limny and his crew did a great job: replacing rotted facing on my deck, as well as painting what they had replaced. They also fixed in the m aster bathroom an area where the skylight had leaked, and did a fine job painting this and other areas in the house. These included a vaulted kitchen ceiling with skylight, and door and window trim. They were efficient, and the price was reasonable. Limny is very very flexible, and easy to work with. I got the very real sense that he wanted the job to be done right, and it was. Highly recommended!

I've been in my home for 30 years and I've hired many contractors and carpenters for various projects. NM is the most recent. Limny listened to what my needs were and how I wanted the work to look. He and his team did an outstanding job, the completed work was as I envisioned it and done within the time-frame we discussed. What sets them apart is that they work together like a well-oiled machine. They are highly professional craftsmen. They got here at 7:30 worked until 5:00. The job site was immaculate at the end of each day. I highly recommend them, I know I'll use them again.

Hands down the most professional, high quality and honest team. I needed a LOT of rotten trim replaced, a challenging buckle in my kitchen floor fixed, interior of my house painted and more. Don't waste your time calling around and trying to get a bunch of bids. Just hire Limny and his team. Their bid was very fair and they were are amazing. I hired NM Carpentry and Painting after they had done work on my next door neighbor’s house as well other homes in the neighborhood. The work they did for my home included repairing rotted wood and some painting. I am beyond happy with the results. They are extremely professional, reliable, and neat. I would not hesitate to recommend them! Also prices were very fair. In fact, I am already planning to have them come back for another job.

Limny and his team were great through the entire process. We were looking to have our side porch entry re-faced and the decking replaced. Additionally, we needed some trim replaced around the house. We reached out to NM Carpentry & Painting late September 2023 and were thrilled that Limney was able to come out that Saturday to see our 1770’s antique home. Other contractors, when they replied, were not willing/able to provide the same level of service we requested. We needed to have the old exterior paint removed and clapboards repaired before applying primer and fresh paint. He provided a fair price and good work. Limney and his team were polite, friendly, and professional. Our house looks like new.

We saw what a wonderful job Limny and his crew, Nelson and Milton, did on our next door neighbor's house so we asked them to paint our house. We had neglected our house terribly over the last 20 years and lots of carpentry was needed on some of the rotted wood. As a bonus, they painted the cupola on our barn and put up a weathervane for us. We are very very happy with the results. Their prices are quite reasonable also. You can't go wrong with these guys.
